Definitions
In these terms and conditions ´The Seller´ means RipRightHDand the company’s website www.RipRightHD.com. The customer means the purchaser of goods from ´The Seller´ under these terms and conditions.
Prices
All prices quoted are in USD ONLY. Prices and special offers are correct at the time of goods being displayed on the website but are subject to alteration without prior notice.
Payment
Payments must be made in USD by one of the following methods; Stripe, Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and any other POS system that we accept. Fraudulent use of credit cards will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Delivery : Shopping and handling
The Seller's policy is to despatch goods within 48 hours of receiving an order, however this can vary subject to stock availability. Times quoted are in good faith, but shall not be binding. The Seller can accept no responsibility for transport delays or any other third party causing late delivery. Any products not available at the time of your order will be sent to you, as soon as possible, when received from the supplier.
Delivery Charges
Delivery on all items on RipRightHD varies and depends onthe Carrier, destination including domestic and international, the shipping and handling will be calculated in checkout.
Online Orders
When you place an order to purchase an item from RipRightHD, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to purchase a product, which is accepted by us when we despatch that product to you. That acceptance will be complete at the time we despatch the product to you. Any products on the same order, which are not despatched, do not form part of that contract.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to Covid-19 we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds (unless there is a factory defect) .

Force Majeure
RipRightHD shall be entitled to cancel or delay delivery of orders if it is delayed, hindered or prevented from delivery through circumstances beyond its control. Such circumstances shall include (but are not limited to) industrial action, accident, fire, Act of God or failure to deliver by suppliers or carriers.
